Group Therapy
Adolescence Groups
Adolescence groups are offered to adolescent girls and boys at our Carmichael and El Dorado Hills offices. Groups are offered for ages 12 - 17. Classes are supportive and informative and are presented by trained professionals.

Group Topics include: Anxiety, Transgender Support, Social Skills Training, Social Anxiety, Anger Management, Mindfulness, Building Relationships

Cost: $45 per session. This fee includes the cost of materials for group members. Full refund for certain groups is given if cancelled at least 3 days prior to the session date. Some sessions may qualify for a $5 discount when you invite and register a friend.

Adult Groups

WPS offers educational and support groups which address psychosocial issues and your mental health needs. Classes are offered in a safe, confidential, and comfortable environment and are presented by trained professionals.
Group Topics include: Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Mindfulness, Cancer Support, Women of Color Support, Low Self Esteem
